• For Industrial Products:Payment for products must be made prior to delivery or as per the agreed terms. Prices are exclusive of taxes and subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Painting Services:Once the project is confirmed and materials have been ordered, cancellation or refunds are not allowed. However, we offer flexibility in rescheduling.
• Industrial Products:If products are defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. Products that are customized or opened cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by Kesharwani Agenciesor used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
